Patient Testimonials

Everyone and everything was perfect. Super nice and patience, until I had questions about billing…. I was a little confused so I was asking the lady, but she seemed to get very aggravated and offensive when I needed a detailed explanation of my bill. I called back to get more information. I got what I needed and ended the call with “ok thank you” and all I get is a rude hangup!! no thank you, no have a good day nothing. I was simply confused so I don’t know why she had to get so offended and treat a patient that way. I’ll be calling my insurance to get the correct details, since it’s a hassle for the lady to explain with patience.
